How it works
Six steps from enquiry to delivery

You send the requirement
Product, specification or datasheet, quantity, packing, destination port and any certificates your market needs.

We match manufacturers and quote
We shortlist Indian producers that already hold the certifications your order needs and send a written quotation on FOB or CIF terms.

Samples
Paid samples are dispatched by courier with the maker's test report, so you judge the product before any order.

Contract and payment
A proforma invoice or contract fixes specification, price, Incoterm, delivery date and inspection. Payment is 100% advance or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight.

Production and inspection
We follow production, and the lot is tested and inspected before loading — by an independent agency of your choice if you wish, at the cost agreed in the contract.

Shipping and documents
We book the shipment and send the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin and the product certificates your market requires.
Quality and compliance
What we check before your goods leave India
Certified makers
We work with manufacturers holding the relevant certificates — such as FSSAI, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, CE or Sedex — and we ask for copies you can verify on the issuing body's register.
Lab-tested lots
Food products are tested per lot (for example aflatoxin, pesticide residues, ethylene oxide, Salmonella) at an accredited laboratory, as your market requires.
Your inspector welcome
You may appoint a third-party inspection agency before loading; we build it into the contract.
Certificates belong to the manufacturing plant that makes your order; we name that plant in the quotation so you can check it.

Payment, pricing and shipping

Frequently asked
Are you a manufacturer?
No. We are a merchant exporter: we source from established Indian manufacturers, manage quality checks and handle the export. You get one contract and one point of contact.
How do I know the goods will match the sample?
The contract fixes the specification and test limits, each lot is tested before loading, and you can appoint your own inspection agency. With a letter of credit, payment is released only against the agreed documents.
Why advance payment or a letter of credit?
They protect both sides. A letter of credit means your bank pays only when the shipping documents match the terms you set.
Can you supply under our brand?
Yes, for most food, footwear and apparel lines. Share your artwork and labelling rules for your market.
Which countries do you ship to?
Any country where the product can be legally imported and that is not under sanctions. Tell us your port and we will confirm the documents it needs.
